Once the prototype meets the required specifications we move into full production mode. We Utilize the most advanced automated machinery in the industry. Exotic and standard hardwoods are cut with extreme precision on our beam saw while large panels are processed with our CNC Router at maximized speeds assuring superior quality and custom detail at competitive prices. A fully automated edgebander makes easy work of final details with no risk of scarring from tedious hand filing processes.
Our laminate department uses high end wood coverings purchased from Hi Tech Veneers, a leader in the aircraft veneer market, ensuring consistency in colors and grain lines; laminates and solid surface counters are manufactured by Wilsonart, a world leader in engineered surfaces. We use the latest technology in contact adhesives and glues guaranteeing our work will hold up to the high demands of retail trafficking or a lifetime of residential wear.
Equipped with the latest in wood finish technology, our paint department includes a fully enclosed booth with it's own filtered exhaust system allowing contamination free spraying. Our eco friendly, low V.O.C. paints and clear coats are provided by Mohawk Finishing Products, a trusted name in wood finishes. Using the "Cadillac" of airmix® spray systems by Kremlin-Rexson reduces both environmental impact and costly material loss through a high transfer efficiency of up to 86%. This paint saving process creates a smooth and free flowing finish giving our retail fixtures and custom displays a durable topcoat which accentuates the beauty of wood behind your merchandise with minimized material loss.
38,000 square feet of additional storage space gives us room to complete your roll outs ahead of schedule and safely store your units in a dust free environment while awaiting shipment. Eight trailer height docks with drive-in plates simplify logistics while maintaining quality control of individual projects.
